Greg founded AVIE and brings 10 years of experience across business strategy consulting and channel management. Greg works closely with every member of the AVIE team to help ensure the success of our consultants and the satisfaction of our clients. Since founding AVIE Greg has performed partner and channel strategy for some of Microsoft’s biggest initiatives as well as led a number of their global projects and strategic announcements. In his spare time Greg enjoys skiing, boating, and traveling.

Peter is a high energy and passionate digital media expert With hundreds of videos to his name, Peter’s focus has been on creating and executing proven video strategies that ensure the success of his client's projects. He has worked with many organizations ranging from the smallest of startups to some of the world’s largest brands like Microsoft, Intel, Lenovo, IBM, and Sage. Peter enjoys camping in the wilderness in search of no cell coverage with his wife and their three children.

Ryan brings experience in project management, international team management, Salesforce and BI tool integration and administration as well as IT operations management. Since previously supporting Microsoft’s Global Procurement Group as an Avie team member he's lead a wide range of multi-country IT projects with a collaborative and data-oriented approach. When not working, Ryan enjoys his family and the great outdoors.

Onika brings decades of invaluable experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, specializing in project management, data reporting, analytics, system administration, and community building. In a constantly changing industry, her leadership roles have been marked by her strategic and collaborative approach with a focus on achieving great results. In her spare time, Onika enjoys watching her kids play sports, spending time on the pontoon, coaching, and lifting weights.

Ryan manages day-to-day operations and assists in strategic planning for AVIE, working closely with every member of the AVIE team. He brings nearly 10 years of strategic leadership in an array of fields ranging from secondary education to renewable energy. Ryan worked as a project engineer leading the development of a multi-million dollar, first-of-its-kind, tidal energy system but also as a consultant focusing his expertise on strategic developments for Microsoft. Ryan enjoys kayaking & skiing.

Megan brings over 18 years of technical sales and marketing experience. Business development, account management, strategic planning, project management, training and logistics are all major strengths while at industry leading companies like Microsoft Corporation, Great Plains Software, and most recently with a Saleforce.com Gold Partner. In her spare time, you can find Megan spending time with her husband and two children as well as still trying to compete in volleyball and softball.

Angie brings over 25 years of software industry experience to AVIE as a program management and learning professional. She has experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Solutions and has worked closely with the Partner, Customer and MVP audiences to help them be successful. She has a passion for helping others and is a strong collaborator. When she’s not working, Angie enjoys watching her kids play sports, time with family and friends, and relaxing summer weekends at the lakes.

Katie has focused her communication and organizational skills on event planning and the development and execution of strategic marketing/communications plans for Microsoft Business Solutions. Prior to joining AVIE, Katie practiced elder law with Johnson & Nagaich where she helped families plan for, pay for, and coordinate the long-term care of elderly loved ones. She also worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Katie enjoys reading, knitting, running, and playing with her cat Eleanor.

Rainy, who holds an MBA from the Foster School of Business, joined AVIE in 2017. With a background in the Business Continuity discipline, she is accustomed to working with diverse individuals across an organization and building relationships while delivering high quality results. Rainy is able to work in-breath and in-depth, and can approach problems analytically or intuitively as needed. In her spare time, Rainy enjoys gardening, biking, and time with her husband and two boys.

Trevor is a driven leader and skilled strategist who transforms great ideas into creative solutions using his background in design thinking. He has experience leading global change operations, designing creative technology solutions and utilizing big data to drive decision making. Prior to working in technology Trevor worked for the US Forest Service where he learned to build both literal and figurative bridges. In his free time Trevor is an avid movie buff who enjoys golf and traveling.

With 20 years in senior management and consulting roles, Dana has an extensive knowledge of the software industry and Microsoft Dynamics’ partner ecosystem, having provided data-based strategic advice to scores of Microsoft Partners on 3 continents. Dana has also been a driving force behind the move many Microsoft Partners are making towards Cloud computing, authoring several publications and financial models.

Amanda combines expertise across software development, business architecture, program & operations management and sales, earning a trusted reputation for her ability to strategically pull the pieces together. She’s passionate about building relationships, driving collaboration, and believes in having fun while seeking creative solutions to difficult issues. Outside the world of tech, she finds balance making hay while the sun shines and enjoying the Minnesota outdoors with her family.

Misti brings decades of experience in Management and People Operations. She utilizes her high attention to detail, keen intuition, and experience in account management to deliver excellent service. Her knowledge and skill in audit and analysis, combined with her passion for personal growth, drives her to continuously evaluate, adapt, and ensure progressive process improvement. Misti enjoys creating art and hiking the amazing trails the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
