Jean came to AVIE with over 10 years of project management experience at Microsoft. She is detail oriented without losing focus on the big picture, she asks the right questions and sincerely listens to the answers, she is energized by an environment where constant learning is necessary, and has a sincere passion for helping others. Away from work, you can find Jean with her husband and three kids enjoying life outside in all four of Minnesota’s seasons.
Ludmila has 12+ years of experience on various teams with roles in program/project management, marketing communications, site management, content planning, vendor and budget management. She's a strong collaborator who works well across multiple levels within an organization and is comfortable leading large scale, global, cross-functional projects. Ludmila lives in the beautiful Seattle area and when not working, she enjoys spending time with her family hiking, camping and traveling.
Laura is the proven innovator with the compassion and ability to motivate and enable teams to achieve extraordinary business results. She has 12+ years of software industry experience with excellence in program management, partner development, go-to-market strategy, and storytelling. Her keen attention to detail, a high degree or organization, active communication style, and drive are demonstrated assets to industry leaders and start-ups alike.
Tracy brings over 25 years of software industry experience to AVIE as a marketing communications and project management professional. Her laser-focused attention-to-detail and organizational skills, combined with a yearning for constant improvement proved to be valuable assets most recently in working within the event world of Microsoft. Tracy provides a dependable and collaborative resource to every project she’s a part of. Tracy lives in ND and enjoys travel, music, and spending time outdoors.
Heather joined Avie with over 17 years of experience with Microsoft. She is a customer-focused global project manager with technical support experience. She is respected for being highly organized, detail orientated, and accountable with a passion for helping others succeed. She always welcomes new challenges and opportunity for growth. Away from work, you can find Heather with her husband and two boys enjoying life camping, fishing, hunting or at the ranch managing their honey bees.
Katie started her career in digital media and moved into a variety of roles in multiple spaces including content, technology and the non-profit sector. She has a curious mind and an eye for tackling what needs to be done. Her organized nature drivers her to use data as a tool to revise courses of action and find the best, most efficient solutions for daily operations. Her strong communications background is an asset in conveying processes, driving messaging and storytelling.
Mary is a relationship-oriented, organized, and flexible individual. She brings with her experience across multiple disciplines beginning her career in technical support with Great Plains Software/Microsoft products followed by training, consulting, technical sales, program management, business/finance management and marketing. Mary enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family including her husband and three children.
Victoria is a proven innovator with over 6 years of program management experience in the tech industry. An expert problem solver, Victoria brings a high degree of organization, clear communication and effective program planning in her roles to meet and then surpass stakeholder expectations. Most recently, her roles have specialized in go-to-market strategy, product launch, and partner nurturing programs - each task accompanied with measured business success.
Christopher Martini has over 20 years of experience in global technology with a focus on the Microsoft stack and ecosystem. As an executive level sales, alliance and partner leader, he has had ownership of all aspects of business unit success. Prior to joining the team at AVIE, Christopher spent ten years as a Microsoft and Avanade employee, was VP of Sales and Marketing for SaaS based, venture backed startups, and worked as an independent management consultant.
Over 20 years, Sandra has lead go-to-market strategy for various Microsoft products and structured entrepreneur incubators and coached entrepreneurs in go-to-market strategy and fundraising. Known for data-driven decision making and fearlessness, Sandra has earned a reputation for positively impacting complex projects in a short amount of time. Sandra splits time between Seattle and Phoenix where she enjoys biking and hiking with her children and Otis, a goofy lab-hound dog mix.
